Bread

I have finally gotten this right. The most important part is the flour. I found the most simple and easy receipt online. My bread maker is an Oster 2 pound Express Bake we picked up at a yard sale for $10.00.

Here goes: This is the receipt

Here are the fixins'

The order they go in the bread maker is the order they are written in.First I spray the bread tin with Pam. Then put the warm water in, then sprinkle in the sugar and salt into the water and slightly slosh to mix, then add the vegetable oil. Next put the 3 cups of bread flour. and make a crater to put the yeast in the middle. Should look like this:

I have tried several brands of flour but this stuff is the bomb. I recommend it.

Here is a finished product

And the texture

YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Beautiful. I like King Arthur, but currently mix my own gluten-free flour. The bread maker works pretty well, but I made cookies today!

  3. Excellent. Baking bread is hard because it also depends on the weather. I would buy some King Arthur flour, but hubby bought too much of the other last month and we have to go through that first.
